Do you work with suppliers?

Yes. Some products may be sourced and fulfilled through authorized Shopify Collective supplier relationships. This allows selected suppliers to fulfill products directly to customers after a purchase is made on deontebo.shop.

Is deontebo the same company as its suppliers?

No. deontebo is not the corporate website of Elevated Faith, Shopify, any Shopify Collective supplier, or any manufacturer unless expressly stated. Supplier names and product brand names are used only to identify products, suppliers, or fulfillment relationships.

Who ships my order?

Some orders are shipped by deontebo, and some orders may be shipped directly by a Shopify Collective supplier. If your order includes items from more than one supplier, your items may arrive in separate packages.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping options and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Processing and transit times can vary by supplier, product, shipping address, and carrier.

How do I track my order?

When tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email after your order ships. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Can I return an item?

Most eligible items can be returned within 30 days after delivery if unused and in original condition. Some items may be final sale or non-returnable. Contact help@deontebo.shop before sending anything back.

How do Shopify Collective returns work?

For Shopify Collective products, the supplier may help process the return and may provide the return label. Return instructions can vary by supplier and product.
