deontebo is an independent online retailer based in Chicago, Illinois. We sell selected products through our online store and may work with multiple authorized Shopify Collective suppliers.

Shopify Collective lets approved retailers connect with suppliers so products can be sold on the retailer's store and fulfilled by the supplier. When you purchase a Shopify Collective product from deontebo, deontebo remains your point of contact for customer support, while the supplier may handle product fulfillment, shipping, and some return steps.

Our supplier relationships are separate from product manufacturer brands. Supplier names may appear on product pages or order information when they are relevant to fulfillment or returns.
